Bartender is an NPC in all server starter towns: the tutorial in Golden Valley; Gold Coast, The Landing and The Shroud in Wild; and The Howl (Freedom Market) in Freedom.

The bartender gives food and water to any player with under 24 hours of play time. Right-click him and select Ask for refreshment.

Food and water levels are increased to 100%, and nutrition is increased to a maximum of 50%.
