The light that shines down on the Bone Altar, the Black Light is the counterpart of the White Light.

By reading the inscription etched into the Bone Altar one can convert to the evil Goddess of the Horde of the Summoned (HotS) Kingdom: Libila.
The Black Light is found on Chaos, Elevation, and Defiance. It is visible as an immense beam of evil black light that shines down from the clouds. Upon reaching the Black Light, an enormous Bone Altar will be present.

-If you join Libila you automatically become [[Horde of the Summoned]], in in-game terms, a  'Blacklighter' (HotS), and cannot enter the [[Home server]]. As such, you become an enemy of Jenn-Kellon and any followers of the White light. [[Deed Guards]] and [[Tower]] Guards of the White Light will attack Blacklighters on sight, and White Light players can attack, kill and loot Blacklighters without penalty.
