Body control helps with chance to hit, accuracy or attack speed, and stealthing, as well as determines the mounts that the character can ride. Best method to gain body control is by fighting. Smithing, woodcutting and carpentry all offer good skill gain too.

23 - Able to mount a brown bear
29 - Able to mount a scorpion (unconfirmed)
