- When Ocean Side disbanded, moved deed Cliff Side near Roadside Historical Site.

- Cliff Side Port - Deed created at water's edge for protection of ships. Home of the Cliff Side Cooking Guild
- Cliff Side Suburbs - Was a deed meant to house for villagers. Since disbanded.
