A few handfuls of rye. Rye grows pretty much anywhere and is easy to farm. It is normally used to turn into flour and bake with or to sow with.

Rye is used to make flour for baking bread and to tame and feed animals such as hens, horses, and bulls.
Rye can be found by botanizing from Wild grasses Resource nodes.
Rye can be sown on dirt, to produce more rye.
Rye is harvested with a scythe and ground into flour with a grindstone.
