Used for flower pots, marble planters, and flowerbeds as decoration, and turning a dirt tile into a grass tile.
Flowers are picked using a sickle. The tile must be 'overflowing' with flowers to be picked.
You may plant flowers on a dirt tile. It uses gardening skill.
