A cluster of white half-moons the size of a small child's hand. These can be planted but will be very hard to grow in this climate.
Garlic is an organic item which can be found by foraging on a grass tile. It can also be farmed, but you will not gain skill for it until about 70+ farming skill.
Garlic can be used in cooking and making farmer's salve. In cooking, however, they are not considered vegetables (and so cannot be used to make meals).
Garlic can be used in a healing cover with a potency of 2.
