Description
A high nutrition food.
Method
Put meat or fish with potato, bread, corn, or pumpkin and a spice in a stone oven, stone forge, or a fire. Wait untill all the food is searing, then place one meat/fish + potato/pumpkin + spice, you will recieve an instant meal. (heat is applied faster out of a pan or bowl).
Make sure you place the meat/fish + vegetable into the pan when they are cold so you can examine it and see the outcome so you don't get a stew or casserole. The meal will most of the time mimic your hot food cooking skill in it's QL, which is its maximum, but it can occasionally go under it.
