*When using combined pieces of ash of more than 0.10kg the water to ash ratio should be 10:1. This means 1.00kg of water for every 0.10kg of ash to create 1.00kg of lye for each kg of water. Using less water will result in 1.00kg of lye only. Using more water will make the lye useless because the excess water will prevent the lye from fitting into the container.
