Add possible resource node spawns
* Houses cannot be planned or built on clay tiles.
* Clay tiles can be converted to dirt via [[transmutation liquid]]
* The following [[Resource nodes]] can spawn on Clay tiles: [[Swampy puddle]] and [[Mineral debris]].
