Body control helps with chance to hit, accuracy or attack speed, and stealthing, as well as determines the mounts that the character can ride. Best method to gain body control is by fighting. Smithing, woodcutting and carpentry all offer good skill gain too.

21 - Able to mount a Horse
23 - Able to mount a Brown bear (Tamed only)
26 - Able to mount a Unicorn (Tamed Only)
29 - Able to mount a Scorpion (unconfirmed)
