A slender bracelet.

Can be sold to traders.
Can be worn on the arm.
Can be enchanted with the Nolocate spell.
Equipping a bracelet removes your sleeve, but cannot be seen on your character.
Rift bracelets can be equipped in the arm slots. Two of the same kind must be worn in order to receive the bonus.
