Killing non-players with weapons enchanted with Mind Stealer may transfer higher skills. The amounts gained can be anywhere from 0.0001 to 0.01. Requires linking to cast. The strength of the cast only affects how often you gain skill, not how much skill you gain each time.
This spell is stackable with Aura of Shared Pain, Circle of Cunning, Flaming Aura, Frostbrand, Life Transfer, Nimbleness, Rotten Touch, Venom, Wind of Ages, and Demise spells.
