An open fireplace is a decorative light source that provides light and warmth to nearby players.

Creation

Usage

  • Light with steel and flint while carrying kindling in the inventory.
  • When on deed, the fireplace will snuff during the day and relight at night. This occurs automatically after being lit once.
  • In underground dwellings, fireplaces remain lit around the clock.
  • The open fireplace is not a container or cooker, but does provide light.
