Olive Tree
Olive trees produce very little wood when cut down, usually just a log. When in season, you can harvest olives with a sickle, and create olive oil in a fruit press. The oil is then used as fuel for burning in a lantern or making compasses, but it is nearly always used in the creation of compasses.
