- Steel lump is an alloy of iron lump and charcoal.
- Heat 1kg of iron lump and 0.5kg of charcoal till glowing hot.
- Steel is mainly used to make plate armour, but you can also use it to make bowls, rivets and armour chains. It is also used to make steel and flint.
- The quality of the charcoal determines the success% chance of making steel, while the quality of the iron lump determines the maximum quality of the finished steel lump. It would be wise to not risk wasting high quality iron on poor charcoal unless you have a lot of it.
